Go Hyun-jung as Lady Mi-shil

Here are the newest photos of Go Hyun-jung, who takes on the court lady character of “Mi-shil” in the upcoming MBC sageuk Queen Seon-deok.

These photos were actually taken at the prayer ceremony held on the 8th, and captures Go in character as the ambitious, powerful woman who is Queen Seon-deok’s (Lee Yo-won) biggest political rival at court.
The drama takes place in the Silla era (which spans 57 BC–935 AD, and is followed by the Goryeo and Joseon dynasties). The character of Mi-shil is described as Silla’s greatest femme fatale
(I wonder if Lee Yo-won is feeling left out of her own drama, as all the attention is going to Go Hyun-jung — and probably aptly, imo. I’m sure it doesn’t help that Lee hasn’t begun filming her portions yet.)
